Nkuku Izaan Spice Jar (Set 3)

Description

These Izaan Jars are crafted from recycled glass.  Each pot has a sustainable mango wood lid and air tight seal.  Each jar comes with a hand carved mango wood spoon.

These jars are easy to refill and can hold a generous amount of herbs and spices.

Not suitable for Dishwasher.

CARE: Hand wash only and regular cleaning.  Rinse in clean water before drying.  Use for dry food only.

Recycled Glass – waste glass is collected and sorted into the different colours, washed, crushed before melting down.  Making use of waste material but also reduces emissions, less heat is required than when manufacturing new glass.

Mango Wood – created from sustainable mango wood. The Mango trees are initially grown for their fruit, harvested over a number of years. Once the trees have stopped bearing fruit, they can be cut down and used to make our wooden pieces. This allows farmers to plant more trees and provides them with a supplementary income.
